Director of Philadelphia Combat Sports Partnerships

PrimeTime Partnership Agency is seeking a driven and connected Director of Combat Sports Partnerships located in the Philadelphia region to build and execute marketing partnerships for elite fighters across boxing, wrestling, bare knuckle boxing, MMA, and grappling.

This role will work directly with one of the Northeast’s top MMA gyms, Marquez MMA, supporting both the gym and its fighters in securing local, regional, and national marketing partnerships.

Marquez MMA currently has five active fighters competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, creating immediate visibility and real sponsor inventory.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly inside a high level fight ecosystem with real assets, real fighters, and real brand exposure.

Focus of the Role

Primary geographic focus will be Philadelphia and the surrounding region, while also pursuing national brand opportunities as appropriate. There will also be opportunities to collaborate on additional PrimeTime athletes outside of combat sports.

Fighters require active partnership support in areas including:

• Social media marketing campaigns
• Fight shirt sponsorship placements
• Walk out shirt sponsorship placements
• Banner sponsorship inside the gym and at events
• Local business endorsements and appearances
• Long term brand ambassador partnerships

Compensation Structure

• 30% split on company profits from initial deals you originate
• 25% on residual company profits from renewals and extensions
• 20% account management commission
• Up to 5% recruiting bonus on athletes or brand relationships you introduce to the agency

Responsibilities

• Hunt and secure Philadelphia based marketing partnerships
• Build relationships with local businesses, national brands, and fight aligned companies
• Identify sponsor categories aligned with combat sports demographics
• Manage sponsor relationships and renewal pipelines
• Coordinate with gym leadership and fighters on deliverables
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long term combat sports strategy

• Strong network within the local business community
• Understanding of combat sports culture and brand positioning
• Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship driven sales
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building within a startup agency environment
• Self motivated and performance driven
