Commercial Growth Associate (Part-Time, Paid)
Assembly On Call is a Southeast Michigan-based FF&E installation and assembly company serving residential and commercial clients.
We are entering a focused growth phase and looking for a disciplined, tech-savvy local student who wants to help build our commercial client base — not just work a part-time job.
You will work directly with the Founder to help build a repeatable commercial acquisition system.
What You’ll Be Doing
Building targeted lists of local commercial businesses
Identifying decision-makers
Executing structured outreach campaigns (email / LinkedIn)
Tracking activity and maintaining clean CRM records
Booking qualified discovery calls
Providing weekly updates and insights
You’ll receive clear targeting guidelines and own execution from there.
Who This Is For
Local Southeast Michigan student
Business / Marketing / Sales mindset
Comfortable learning and using CRM and outreach tools
(Apollo.io experience is a plus, not required)
Organized and consistent
Comfortable with outreach and follow-up
Interested in building real-world B2B experience
Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who enjoys building and taking ownership

Compensation & Structure
Starting at $20/hour
10–15 hours per week to start
30–60 day pilot period
Performance-based commission on closed jobs
(3–5% depending on project size)
Local candidates only.

This is hands-on execution inside a real operating business.
