This isn't just a retail job; it’s a position where you’ll act as a mini-appraiser, a financial service provider, and a digital records manager all in one.

We are looking for a sharp, trustworthy, and tech-savvy student who can communicate fluently in English and Spanish to assist our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Consultation & Negotiation: Greet customers and assist them with collateral loans and merchandise sales in both English and Spanish.

Financial & Cash Handling: Accurately evaluate items for loan/purchase value, process high-volume cash transactions, and maintain a balanced drawer.

Compliance & Technical Records: Use our specialized POS (Point of Sale) software to enter detailed descriptions of merchandise and file mandatory state/local regulatory reports.

Merchandise Management: Test electronics, authenticate jewelry/precious metals, and organize inventory for the sales floor.

Security & Integrity: Adhere to strict safety protocols and legal requirements regarding lending and consumer privacy.
