Media & Communications Intern — Architecture + Design Studio (Santa Monica)

Minarc, an award-winning architecture and design studio based in Santa Monica, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Media & Communications Intern to support storytelling, social media, press outreach, and project documentation.

This is an opportunity to work closely with an internationally recognized design team and gain hands-on experience shaping how architecture is communicated to the public, media, and awards programs.

What you’ll do

Assist with social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, short videos)

Help organize and curate architectural photography and project materials

Support awards submissions and press outreach

Assist with website updates and storytelling copy

Research media contacts, publications, and opportunities

Help document ongoing projects and studio life

What we’re looking for

Student or recent graduate in communications, media, film, design, journalism, or related field

Strong visual sense and interest in architecture or design

Good writing and editing skills

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or digital storytelling

Organized, proactive, and curious

Experience with Adobe, Canva, or video editing is a plus (not required)

Location: Santa Monica (hybrid possible)
Hours: 10–20 hours/week (flexible)
