Photography Sales Representative (Contract / Event-Based)

Required: Do not mind traveling to different locations as our events are nationwide. Traveling times may vary due to location and availability for the weekend.

Compensation (Easy Breakdown)

Guaranteed Minimum Pay: $375 (Full Event) You will receive a $375 minimum as long as you work the entire event you are scheduled for and attend all assigned days. Leaving early or missing scheduled days may result in reduced pay and/or termination.

Commission: 20% of all sales you make

How Commission Works

• Your first $375 in commission counts as your base pay.
• You do NOT earn commission until you pass $375 in commission.

Example

If you earn $500 in commission, you will be paid: $375 base pay + $125

About the Role

Picture Pros Photography is hiring Photography Sales Representatives to support youth sports tournaments and live events.

In this role, you will photograph team photos only and sell those photos to parents. There is no gameplay or action photography required.

While you will take high-quality team images, the primary focus of this position is selling those team photos to parents.

This is a commission-based role where you will:

• Organize and photograph full teams
• Provide proof copies to each team assigned to you
• Approach parents directly
• Explain packages and pricing
• Convert interactions into completed sales

Your earnings are directly tied to your ability to engage families and drive revenue.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

To meet Picture Pros expectations, you must:

Deliver minimum 40–60 high-quality usable team images per rotation (Sharp focus, strong composition, proper exposure, and clean framing.)

Achieve a required percentage of photo scans and sales conversions by parents. Specific conversion targets and standards will be provided during your onboarding meeting.

This is a performance-based role.

If you do not meet the KPI requirements and company standards communicated during training and meetings, you may be released from the team.
