Student Journalism/Media Fellowship
Fuente Latina is accepting applications for its Student Media Reporting Trip to Israel.
This one-week, all-expenses-paid fellowship is designed for Spanish-speaking student journalists who want hands-on reporting experience in Israel and the Middle East - with guidance from experienced editors.
Trip dates run from May through August, including a trip during Memorial Day week (the week of May 25).
Recent fellows have reported on topics such as Oct. 7 and Nova Music Festival survivors, Latino immigrants in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, Jews and Palestinians working together toward peace and healing, and the Aramaic Christian community in northern Israel.
Who can apply
Undergraduate and graduate student journalists enrolled at universities in the U.S. or Puerto Rico
Spanish speakers, age 18+
Able to legally travel outside the U.S.

Fellows are paired with professional journalists in the U.S. and Latin America who edit their work and publish it in their outlets.
