What You’ll Do

 As a People & Culture Intern, you’ll gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to impactful initiatives.

 You will:
     •    Support recruiting and onboarding efforts
     •    Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
     •    Help maintain employee records and documentation
     •    Contribute to projects and process improvements
     •    Partner with the People & Culture team on day-to-day operations
     •    Gain insight into compliance, systems, and best practices

What We’re Looking For
     •    Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
     •    Strong interest in a career in People & Culture
     •    Highly organized with strong communication skills
     •    Professional and able to maintain confidentiality
     •    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
     •    Based in the Miami area and available to work hybrid

 Preferred but not required:
     •    Prior internship or office experience
     •    Exposure to HR or People & Culture coursework
