Sales and Marketing Associate

Zensah is a fast-growing performance and recovery brand built for runners. We’re hiring a high-energy, entry-level Sales & Marketing Associate who wants to turn their passion for running & sports into a full-time career.

The role focuses on cold calling stores, working events, (travel!) building relationships, and helping grow a national running brand from the ground up.

Recently graduated or played college sports (running a huge plus)

Love being active and part of the running community

Are confident, outgoing, and not afraid to pick up the phone

Want a career in sports, sales, or brand marketing

Are excited to travel and meet people face-to-face

What You’ll Do:

Visit independent running stores and introduce Zensah

Help open new wholesale accounts

Support demo days, races, group runs, and events

Talk gear, recovery, and performance with real runners

Learn sales, marketing, and territory management from the ground up
