Unmute Yourself, Inc. is a trauma-informed, survivor-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to violence prevention, youth leadership development, and community transformation.

We are seeking passionate, driven Student Interns who are committed to social impact, advocacy, and meaningful community engagement.

Internship Focus Areas May Include:

Domestic violence & teen dating violence prevention programming volunteering

Youth leadership initiatives (G.R.I.T., S.O.A.R., Teen Talk Triad) volunteering

Community event volunteering & outreach

Data entry

Workshop support

Social media support & digital presence

Ideal Candidates:

Majors in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Education, Communications, Political Science, or related fields

Strong writing and communication skills

Interest in trauma-informed care and community-based work

Professional, reliable, and growth-oriented
