We're seeking an AI Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Intern who is passionate about ensuring the reliability and quality of intelligent, interactive mobile/web applications, thrives on end-to-end product testing, and approaches challenges with a keen eye for detail and seamless user experiences.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Design test strategies for AI products. Write clear test plans and test cases that cover happy paths, stress paths, and rare edge cases across mobile and web.
• Validate model and data quality. Partner with AI and ML engineers to check accuracy, bias, safety, and reliability of model outputs and datasets.
• Build automation. Create and maintain automated tests for our AI Stylist on mobile and web. Raise coverage and reduce manual regressions.
• Test the chatbot experience. Evaluate natural language flows, response quality, follow ups, and recovery from failures.
• Verify UX and UI. Check responsiveness, accessibility, visual consistency, and in app performance.
• Manage defects. Use JIRA to track bugs, reproduce issues, write crisp repro steps, and partner with engineering on priority and resolution.
• Improve continuously. Analyze logs and analytics, document architecture and API contracts, and suggest changes that move real metrics such as latency, crash rate, task success, and user satisfaction.

✅ Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of software QA principles and methods
2. Experience writing structured test cases and bug reports
3. Some exposure to test automation or scripting
4. Understanding of APIs and integration testing for REST or GraphQL
5. Curiosity, accountability, and strong attention to detail

✅ Great to have

1. Experience with LLMs, NLP, or conversational AI
2. Hands on work with mobile or web UI testing
3. Familiarity with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Postman, or pytest
4. Cloud awareness such as AWS or GCP or Azure
5. Portfolio, GitHub, or school projects that show QA or AI integration

1. Knowledge of computer vision or 3D for virtual try on
2. Programming experience in Python or JavaScript
3. Interest in fashion, ecommerce, or personalization

• You will rotate through three quality tracks.
• Track one is automation and integration where you will ship an end to end regression suite and API contract checks.
• Track two is model and chatbot evaluation where you will define metrics, build prompt and response test sets, and analyze failure modes.
• Track three is UX and mobile quality where you will focus on performance and accessibility and visual polish.
