Beach Concierge Four Seasons
Boucher Brothers is immediately hiring for Beach Concierge at The Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304.
The Beach Concierge is responsible for greeting all guests and members when checking in to the Four Seasons. The focus for this role is to create a welcoming environment and positively enhance the member and guest experience throughout their stay. The Concierge must be a relationship builder, an excellent communicator, and welcome engagement with a wide array of people.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to supervisor and directors, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Welcome guests to the beach and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service
- Ensure everyone entering the Four Seasons is a guest of the hotel, member of the club, or joining a member of the club.
- Ensure guests are aware of all services available on the beach
- Provide each guest with 5-star 5 diamond service
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Overseeing team members and equipment
Skills required:
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Enjoy dealing with the public
- Great verbal communication skills
- Impeccable organizational skills
