Looking to level up your résumé and get real sales experience before graduation? DRF Water Heater Solutions is offering a hands-on internship built in partnership with college sales programs. You’ll learn the sales process from the ground up, work real leads, and build skills employers actually care about.
What You’ll Do
- Learn the ins and outs of DRF’s products, customers, and sales strategy
- Move through a structured training path (orientation → guided outreach → independent selling)
- Make real outreach calls and qualify leads
- Support department initiatives and complete a project you can show off
- Hit activity goals and get coaching from experienced sales pros
What We’re Looking For
- Current student in a business or sales program
- Strong communicator who’s comfortable talking to people
- Motivated, positive, and ready to grow
- Able to work 15–20 hours/week with flexible scheduling
