Sales Paid Intern – DRF Water Heater Solutions

Location: Plainfield, IL
Schedule: 10–12 weeks, 15–20 hrs/week (flexible around classes)
Start Dates: Fall, Spring, Summer

Kickstart Your Sales Career

Looking to level up your résumé and get real sales experience before graduation? DRF Water Heater Solutions is offering a hands-on internship built in partnership with college sales programs. You’ll learn the sales process from the ground up, work real leads, and build skills employers actually care about.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn the ins and outs of DRF’s products, customers, and sales strategy
  • Move through a structured training path (orientation → guided outreach → independent selling)
  • Make real outreach calls and qualify leads
  • Support department initiatives and complete a project you can show off
  • Hit activity goals and get coaching from experienced sales pros

What We’re Looking For

  • Current student in a business or sales program
  • Strong communicator who’s comfortable talking to people
  • Motivated, positive, and ready to grow
  • Able to work 15–20 hours/week with flexible scheduling
