Site Representative
Backlot is a full service location agency that operates in New York, New Jersey, Chicago and Georgia. Backlot is looking for freelance on-site representatives to support productions filming at our properties. As a Site Representative, you are the primary point of contact for Backlot on set, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process from prep to wrap.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Backlot on set, facilitating clear communication between Backlot, production, and property.
- Act as the liaison between production and property, triaging any day of needs with the help of the Backlot team.
- Advocate for the property, reminding production crews of building guidelines and location-specific requirements.
- Help production teams succeed by providing support and guidance that lets them do their best work while taking care of the location.
- Communicate production’s needs to Backlot and the property management team.
This is a freelance position at an hourly rate, which varies by territory:
On Set/Production Days (Georgia): $150/10-hour day
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of production or on-set experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
