What You’ll Do: 

• Learn the fundamentals of HR processes, policies, and compliance 
• Assist with employee records, HR documents, reports, and projects 
• Help coordinate interviews, meetings, and internal communications 
• Shadow recruiting process 
• Supporting onboarding activities
