We’re looking for a dynamic Entry- level Campus Recruiter to help us build strong university partnerships and hire outstanding emerging talent.

Role Overview

The Entry-Level Campus Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for internships and entry-level roles. This individual will build relationships with universities, student organizations, and internal stakeholders to develop a strong pipeline of diverse, high-potential candidates.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies aligned with hiring goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, faculty, and student organizations
  • Represent the company at career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and on-campus interviews
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for interns and entry-level positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview days, assessment events, and internship programs
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility on campuses and social platforms
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruiting process

     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (retail experience preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple universities and hiring cycles simultaneously
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
  • Willingness to train and/ travel during peak campus recruiting seasons

     

Preferred Skills

  • Experience developing diversity-focused campus recruiting strategies
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Event planning or program management experience
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics
