Graphic Design Intern

Aesthetics Biomedical® (ABM) is a luxury medical device manufacturer working with some of the top plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and medical spas across the United States and internationally. We specialize in advanced aesthetic technology and skincare, with a strong emphasis on safety, precision, and premium brand presentation.
We are currently seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support our marketing team with updating and redesigning print collateral across the company. This role is ideal for a design student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience creating real-world marketing materials used by sales teams and at national trade shows.
This is a production-heavy role focused on refreshing existing assets, maintaining brand consistency, and helping bring our visual identity to life across all printed materials.
What You’ll Do
- Update and redesign outdated marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign
- Assist with layout and production of brochures, sales sheets, banners, and trade show displays
- Prepare print-ready files and ensure proper formatting, sizing, and resolution
- Help organize and manage design files and asset libraries
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to update product messaging and visuals
- Support creation of materials for conferences, events, and sales presentations
- Maintain brand consistency across all printed materials
- Assist with revisions, edits, and version control across multiple projects
Primary Projects Will Include
- Marketing brochures
- Sales sheets and product one-pagers
- Trade show banners and booth displays
- Printed signage and event materials
- Updated layouts for existing collateral
What We’re Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required)
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and layout accuracy
- Understanding of print design fundamentals (bleeds, margins, resolution, CMYK)
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
Bonus: additional experience creating digital assets such as social media graphics, stories, or simple animations for Instagram and TikTok
