Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and talented Video Editor intern to join our growing team of end-to-end content creators in the music industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing both short-form and full-length videos in varied formats and content types, with a preference for those with experience in music and cinema video editing. Additional experience with AI-driven editing tools and access to industry-standard editing software are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble video content including music videos, social media content, short films, and more.
• Conceptualize, edit, and assemble video content using existing videos, stock footage, and new video shot in both studio and on location settings.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and discuss topical events relevant to the music and entertainment industry.
• Mix, remix, and record audio, music, and sound effects to enhance video production quality.
• Create on-screen graphics, motion graphics, and animations to add a dynamic visual element to our content.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with AI-driven video editing & creation tools is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual editing, preferably with a focus on music and cinema video projects.
• Basic understanding of audio editing and sound design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in editing social media, music videos and cinematic content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content requirements.
• Comfortable working on both short-form and long-form video projects.
• Access to personal industry-standard video editing software.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
