The Role
This position sits at the center of a small, hands-on artist management roster and an independently owned record label. As Day-to-Day Manager, you’ll be a key partner in supporting four artists, managing ongoing priorities, and keeping both management and label projects running smoothly. The supervisor will provide mentorship, career growth, and training. 

This is a role for someone who is incredibly proactive, takes ownership, communicates clearly, and understands how to balance structure with creativity.

Artist Management: Day-to-Day Leadership
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned artists
• Manage schedules, calendars, and priorities
• Liaise with agents, labels, publicists, business managers, attorneys, and promoters
• Support tour planning, advancing, itineraries, and logistics
• Track offers, holds, and confirmations, announce tour dates, set marketing plans with promoters

Indie Record Label: Project Management
• Manage timelines for singles, albums, and catalog releases
• Coordinate deliverables across marketing, distribution, press, and digital
• Organize assets and maintain release calendars
• Support marketing campaigns and rollout execution

Who You Are
• 3+ years experience in artist management, indie labels, or touring
• Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Strong communicator with excellent follow-through
• Passionate about artist development and independent music
