Position Summary: 

The primary responsibility for a T.C. Squad member is to energize the crowd of fans. This can include cheers, execute on-field performances, and enhance the overall fan experience and create a lively atmosphere within Target Field. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Willing to devote the necessary time to the Twins T.C. Squad program, including attendance at a set minimum number of games. 
  • Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and a positive, high-energy personality. 
  • Able to handle situations with a quick and professional response. 
  • Reliable, punctual, and courteous. 
  • Should have good listening skills and the ability to work with brief instructions as part of a team. 
  • Perform activities and interact with fans on camera in front of large crowds. . 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Prior performance, entertainment, public relations and/or broadcasting experience. 
  • Knowledge of the game of baseball.

Physical Requirements:

  • Stamina and fitness level to perform athletic activities in conditions of summer heat.
  • Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as required by deadlines and event scheduling.
  • Ability to lift items weighing as much as 25 pounds. 
  • Must be able to work in a standing position for the majority of shift. 
  • Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times. 
  • Must be able to walk steps to visit fans during games. 
  • Must be comfortable walking to navigate the facility. 

Compensation: Hourly rate of $18/hour. 

Final Interviews/Tryouts will tentatively take place the week of March 23rd.
