Operational Effectiveness & Development Intern

This is a paid 12-week summer internship position from May 18th - August 7th, 2026.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Talent Development team with project coordination and day-to-day assistance across key talent and leadership initiatives.

     
  • Help prepare materials, documentation, and scheduling support for talent programs such as Talent Reviews, 9-Box discussions, and leadership development sessions.

     
  • Support employee feedback and development efforts by helping coordinate feedback activities and summarizing themes from results.

     
  • Contribute to building manager facing tools and learning resources, such as guides, templates, and enablement materials.

     
  • Partner with the team to support basic reporting, data accuracy, and process improvements within Workday and other People systems.

     
  • Explore opportunities to use AI tools to improve program organization, documentation, and team workflows under guidance from the team.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

     
  • Interest in talent management, leadership development, performance management, or organizational effectiveness.

     
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

     
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and systems, with an interest in using insights to improve decisions.

     
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.

     
  • Experience with Workday, HR systems, or AI-enabled tools is a plus, but not required.
