Ecommerce Marketing Intern - TOPICAL SKIN
Location: Remote (US-based preferred)
Type: Part-time unpaid internship (10 hrs/week, 3-6 months)
Compensation: Unpaid + portfolio-building experience
About TOPICAL SKIN
TOPICAL SKIN is a clean dermaceutical skincare brand bridging clinical efficacy with conscious beauty. We're seeking a motivated intern to support ecommerce growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing: Build and optimize automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) using Shopify Email. Shopify experience preferred.
Social Media: Create engaging content (posts, Reels, Stories) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn in Canva or Adobe.
Influencer Management: Source micro-influencers via Impact.com; manage outreach, gifting, contracts, and performance tracking.
Content Support: Write product descriptions, UGC prompts, and campaign copy aligned with clean beauty/science messaging.
Campaign Execution: Launch flash sales, launch announcements, and affiliate promotions; monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROAS).
Analytics: Track ecommerce metrics via Google Analytics/Shopify dashboard; prepare weekly performance summaries.
Requirements
Current student/pursuing marketing, digital comms, or related field.
Familiarity with Shopify, Email tools, Impact.com (or similar affiliate platforms).
Basic graphic design skills (Canva/CapCut); social media savvy.
Strong writing for beauty/wellness audiences; detail-oriented.
Passion for clean skincare and ecommerce.
