Associate Producer

Scout Productions is looking for a field Associate Producer for an upcoming unscripted TLC series shooting Franklin County between 2/24/26 – 4/26/26. We will be filming 5 day weeks, usually Wednesday to Sunday but we will confirm nearer the first date of photography.

An ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is interested in writing/producing, and has a strong story sense. Unscripted production experience is a plus.

Duties include:

- Take notes during scenes for Field Producers, and convert these notes into concise but thorough daily hot sheets to help outline story beats that happened throughout the day.

- Make sure all releases (appearances, locations, clearances) are filled out completely and accurately along with securing a photo of the participant holding their completed release. Enter data into the release tracker after the shoot.

- Ensure that cablecast signs are posted at public locations where crowds are present, such as restaurants, and that cameras roll for a 10 to 15 seconds to establish, grab the cablecast sign before leaving the location.

- Work with field PM / PA’s to make sure production stills are taken after every scene

- For b-roll days, assist the camera operator with getting releases for anyone on camera and take notes of what/where we shot.
