Position: Faculty Assistant
Position Description:
Dean Mark Mistur is seeking to hire an assistant to support the development of several college related design and research projects. The successful candidate will assist with design and design documentation.
This is a part-time position (up to 10 hours per week for Spring 2026), beginning immediately. Hours are flexible and will be determined upon selection. Work may be completed in person, remotely, and/or asynchronously.
Term: Spring 26
Work Schedule and Salary:
The graduate student hourly pay is $18.50 per hour, and undergraduate student pay is $14 per hour. Successful applicants will be compensated bi-weekly. Compensation is subject to applicable state, federal, and local taxes.
Duties:
- Design and Design Documentation
- Graphic Support - Graphic design & image editing.
Required Skills:
- Reliable & Collaborative
- Detail-oriented
- Strong Research and Organizational Skills
- Design applicants will have proficiency in the following:
- Rhino
- Adobe CC (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)

- Only include software / tools with which you are already proficient
- Portfolio of Creative Work
- At a minimum, please submit your most recent studio projects and/or images of recent 3D artifacts of making that demonstrate your digital and/or analog making skills.
