Are you a college student interested in starting a career in Human Resources? Our HR Internship offers hands-on experience in a real-world HR environment where you’ll learn how HR supports employees and the company. What You’ll Do

As an HR Intern, you’ll work closely with our HR team and assist with a variety of projects and daily tasks, including:

• Supporting recruiting efforts by posting and reviewing jobs 
• Assisting with new hire and rehire onboarding 
• Helping maintain employee files and HR records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
• Entering and updating information in HR systems
• Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, events, and training
• Answering basic HR-related questions and directing employees to the right resources
• Providing general administrative support to the HR team
• Participating in special projects that offer exposure to different areas of HR

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or recent graduate
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Eagerness to learn and contribute as part of a team
