Website UX/Conversion (Hands-On Role) Wordpress & Elementor

We’re looking for an Website UX/Conversion specialist to join our small, fast-paced, and collaborative marketing team serving 30+ clients across the US and Canada.

Responsibilities :

Front-End UX & Marketing Fulfillment (85%)

  • Design, build, and optimize WordPress/Elementor websites and landing pages that drive patient conversions.
  • Collaborate with the advertising and creative teams to test new page layouts, offers, and messaging.
  • Use tools like Hotjar or Plurdy to identify UX issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Create and present wireframes or mockups that communicate layout, flow, and conversion intent.
  • Implement tracking tags and ensure GA4 and GTM are functioning correctly.
  • Apply best practices in UX/UI, color psychology, and brand consistency.
  • Continuously monitor and report on landing page performance, including conversion rates and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media, SEO, and client success teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Write or refine concise, high-impact copy that supports each page’s goal.

Technical Site Management & Support (15%)

  • Assist with WordPress installations, updates, and plugin management.
  • Support hosting transfers, cPanel tasks, and DNS or domain registrar updates.
  • Maintain user access control and standard security practices across all sites.
  • Identify and troubleshoot website, performance, or uptime issues.
  • Coordinate regular backups, plugin updates, and uptime monitoring.
  • Stay informed on WordPress plugin best practices and security trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and optimizing WordPress/Elementor sites.
  • Proven understanding of conversion-focused design principles and UX best practices.
  • Comfortable using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and user-behavior analytics tools.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to clean, consistent, QA-checked work.
  • Excellent project management skills—able to manage multiple sites and priorities efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of hosting environments, DNS configuration, and WordPress security fundamentals.
  • Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and cross-department communication.
  • Strong written communication skills; ability to write and edit short-form marketing copy.
  • Experience in dental, healthcare, or similar service industries is a plus.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field is helpful but not required.
