Automotive Response Specialist
Assist customers in the Driver Assistance Program with delivery of safety services such as Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands-free Destination Assist, Stolen Vehicle Locator, and more. In this role, you’ll listen carefully and evaluate each caller’s situation to provide the right solutions, from simple navigation questions to emergency situations. A high degree of empathy and the ability to remain calm under stress are essential for every call.

Earnings Potential
- Earn up to $0.28 per Customer Interaction Minute with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes per available hour. Contractors on this program, on average, earn $16.80/hr.
Skills Needed
- Caring, sympathetic and helpful demeanor
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening
- Multi-tasking to find answers while on with customer
- Ability to react and respond decisively in emergency situations
- Ability to reassure, control and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls
- Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required
Schedule

Work Environment Requirements
- Quiet, uninterrupted work space
- Work-from-home
Technology Requirements
- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, with at least 10 Mbps download speed
- Wired internet connection, like Cable, Fiber Optic or DSL (no Wi-Fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
- Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted)
- Please note, Mac support is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
- Contractors must have a smart phone, Android tablet or iPad and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work.
