The Role
This is a client-facing, execution-driven role that sits at the intersection of account management and field operations. You’ll help manage client deliverables, keep internal teams organized, and be on the ground for activations — making sure everything runs smoothly and looks sharp.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
- Reliable, resourceful, and calm under pressure
- Willing and excited to travel for activations (including occasional evenings/weekends based on event schedules)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and residing in one of the eligible states:
- TX, FL, TN, NV, WA, SD, WY
- (Due to payroll and tax regulations, Ignite is currently able to employ team members only in these states.)
