Sales Partner/Business Developer
We're a 7-year-old software development studio with a talented offshore team. We've built products for NYSE-listed companies, helped startups go from idea to acquisition, and recently launched a venture studio focused on AI and blockchain products.
We're great at building software. We're not great at selling it. That's where you come in.
The Opportunity
We're looking for hungry, driven students (current or recent grads) who want real sales experience and real commission, not coffee runs and busy work.
If you're naturally good at talking to people, enjoy the challenge of closing deals, and want to make actual money while building your career, keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, small businesses, companies needing software development)
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs
- Present our services and capabilities
- Close deals and manage the handoff to our delivery team
- Follow up consistently (seriously, this alone puts you ahead of most people)
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated (Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills; you can hold a conversation without sounding like a script
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Based in the US
- Comfortable with technology/software concepts (or willing to learn quickly)
Nice to Have:
- Previous sales experience (internships, part-time jobs, campus organizations, etc.)
- Understanding of startup ecosystems
- Interest in AI, blockchain, or tech in general
- Network of potential clients or connections
What We Offer
- Up to 20% commission on every deal you close (this is a performance-based role). Although we offer a monthly stipend, we are hoping it's not your take-home, as it would mean you did not close a lead that month. Avg. take-home is 5x or more if you close a single lead.
- Flexible schedule: work around your classes or other commitments
- Real experience you can actually put on your resume (not "helped with Excel sheets")
- Mentorship from someone who's been building businesses for 7 years
- Growth potential, if this works out, there's an opportunity to turn this into something bigger
