As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you won’t just observe recruiting—you’ll help shape how it works. You’ll gain exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle and apply a research and user-experience lens to build tools, insights, and resources that strengthen how we attract, evaluate, and hire talent across the organization.

Accountabilities (What you’ll be doing): 

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with competitor and talent market research, including role mapping and organizational structure analysis
  • Gain hands-on exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing strategy to interview coordination and offer decisions
  • Build and maintain a SharePoint-based Talent Acquisition knowledge hub, including recruiting resources, templates, and market insights
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, hiring challenges, and workforce trends
  • Prepare summaries, dashboards, and presentations that translate research into actionable recruiting insights
  • Participate in recruiting meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional HR discussions 

 

Potential Projects: 

  • Competitor organizational charts and role mapping for priority positions
  • Design and organization of a centralized TA SharePoint knowledge repository
  • Talent market research summaries by role, function, or location
  • Process documentation to support recruiting best practices and consistency 

 

Minimum Qualifications (What you bring to the table): 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Centered Design, UX Design, Information Science, Psychology, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong research, organization, and communication skills
  • Comfort working with data, documentation, and presentations
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher 

 

Nice to Have (But Not Required): 

  • Experience with wireframing or process mapping
  • Familiarity with SharePoint for content organization
  • Excel or Google Sheets for structured analysis
  • Experience using survey tools such as Microsoft Forms 

 

 

Hourly Rate: $25.00
