Creative Web & Digital Designer

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Creative Web & Digital Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves building and maintaining websites, creating polished visual assets, and supporting clients through thoughtful, timely updates. You’ll join our Web + Marketing team to design, update, and support WordPress websites while contributing to branding, marketing materials, and digital content.

This is a hands-on role with room to expand into content, social, and creative strategy over time.

Primary Responsibilities

Web Design & Support

  • Design, build, and update websites primarily in WordPress
  • Work within page builders such as Divi and Beaver Builder
  • Implement layouts from wireframes or direction while maintaining brand consistency
  • Assist with ongoing website maintenance and improvements
  • Respond to and resolve support tickets related to website updates, content changes, and minor design adjustments
  • Assist with website launch tasks, including preparing pages for go-live, coordinating final checks, and helping ensure domains, hosting, and records are properly in place

Graphic Design

  • Create digital and print marketing materials including:
  • Social media graphics
  • Business cards and print collateral
  • Website graphics
  • Logos and branding assets (under direction)
  • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and client goals

Secondary / Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Photography (team events, head shots, client work, or brand imagery)
  • Content writing for:
  • Website pages
  • Blog posts
  • Social media captions
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Light collaboration on content calendars or campaign ideas

Required Experience

  • Experience designing and editing WordPress websites
  • Hands-on experience with Divi and/or Beaver Builder
  • Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe, Figma, or similar)
  • Understanding of responsive and mobile-friendly design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
