We’re hiring a Client Experience & Membership Advisor to be the face of our premium fitness and wellness studio. This role is based at the front desk, but it’s not a sit-behind-the-desk job. You’ll be talking to people all day, creating great first impressions, giving tours, and helping new members get started.
You’ll also be working in a studio that is directly connected to the global TRX brand, giving you exposure to a world-class fitness company and valuable real-world experience within the wellness industry.

What You’ll Do
Welcome members and guests and bring great energy to the studio
 Create positive first impressions and meaningful connections
 Give studio tours and talk through membership options
 Follow up with new leads via phone, text, and email
 Help grow the community through genuine, consultative conversations
 Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming

Who This Role Is For
Students or recent grads
 People who love fitness, wellness, and being around others
 Confident communicators who enjoy talking to people
 Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. We provide training.
