Position Summary

The Entry-Level Sales Associate will be a key part of our retail and event sales initiatives—engaging directly with customers, sharing product information clearly, and helping customers make confident decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in retail and event settings with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Achieve or exceed daily and weekly sales goals and performance targets.

  • Participate in trainings and team meetings to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

     

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

     
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

     
  • Positive, outgoing attitude with willingness to learn.

     
  • Comfortable engaging customers face-to-face in a dynamic, retail or event environment.

     
  • Dependable transportation to assigned locations.

     
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience (helpful but not required).

     
  • Basic comfort using mobile devices or tablet apps for recording leads or interactions.

     
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
