*This is an onsite based position located in Delray Beach, FL, Monday-Friday . No remote or hybrid candidates will be considered.
Position Summary
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be hands-on supporting recruitment, onboarding coordination, employee engagement, and day-to-day office operations. This position serves as support for People & Office functions, ensuring hiring runs smoothly, employees are supported, and office systems stay organized.
This is an ideal role for a strong executor who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys balancing people-facing work with operational execution.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Support recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
• Conduct intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Maintain consistent candidate experience from first contact through start date
• Build and manage talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles
• Coordinate onboarding logistics including scheduling, systems access, and first-day readiness
• Partner with managers to support smooth 30/60/90-day transitions
• Create and maintain relationships with school internships and community presence being point of contact.
Employee Engagement & Experience Support
• Administrative support executing engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture events
• Coordinate stay interviews, check-ins, and feedback routines
• Assist with onboarding and engagement communications
• Partner with leadership and HR Director on employee experience initiatives
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and positive employee environment
• Coordinate logistics for weekly pharmaceutical lunches, working with external reps and internal schedules
HR Administrative & Systems Support
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support HRIS data entry, onboarding tracking, and reporting
• Route invoices and support vendor documentation related to HR and office operations
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration preferred)
• 4–7 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or operations (healthcare strongly preferred)
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding coordination
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for occasional job-related errands

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $22hr -$28hr (based on experience)
