Adult & Pediatric Physical Therapy Positions
Mankato Clinic is seeking Physical Therapists for both our Adult and Pediatric teams. We are a collaborative outpatient practice setting with dedicated spaces for both our adult and pediatric populations.
Adult Physical Therapy:
At Mankato Clinic, our Physical Therapy team is an integral part of a multidisciplinary care model. As part of the Adult team you will:
- Work primarily with adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical conditions
- Collaborate closely with experienced physical therapists, clinical assistants, APPs, and physicians
- Have a voice in the development of programs, procedures, policies, and clinical protocols
- Practice in a supportive, team-oriented environment that values professional growth and clinical excellence

- Evaluate patients and create personalized plans of care
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy treatments
- Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and document efficiently
- Educate and empower patients and families to support recovery and independence
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to achieve the best outcomes
- Contribute to program growth, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction
Pediatric Physical Therapy:
Our Pediatric Therapy Services has a creative Pediatric designed space an comprehensive disciplinary care with Occupational and Speech Language Therapists. As part of the Pediatric team you will:
- Treat a diverse caseload including congenital conditions, neuromuscular, developmental delays, orthopedic and gait issues
- Collaborate closely with Occupational and Speech Language along with Pediatric providers
- Practice schedule flexibility
- Contribute to the development of programs, procedures, and clinical protocols
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized, family-centered plans of care
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to support motor development, mobility, and function
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document care efficiently in the EMR
- Educate and empower patients and caregivers through clear communication and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize outcomes
- Contribute to program growth, quality improvement, and a positive patient experience
Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
- Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Minnesota
- Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- For Pediatrics - fieldwork experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred
- Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, physiology, and adult rehabilitation principles
- Ability to work effectively with patients across a wide range of functional abilities
Compensation
Salary with production pay for this position is $75,000 - 113,000 based on experience.
