SEO Digital Marketing Specialist Entry Level

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Digital Media Manager to oversee our digital presence and drive brand growth. This role focuses on content creation, social media, SEO, and digital campaign execution to increase online visibility, website traffic, and conversions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with a strong understanding of digital trends, analytics, and team coordination, playing a key role in optimizing performance across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive content calendar aligned with brand goals
  • Create, schedule, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
  • Coordinate with social media influencers and maintain professional correspondence with clients and partners
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms
  • Oversee, mentor, and manage interns to ensure consistency and quality of work
  • Film and edit short-form video content and assist with food photography as needed
  • Manage and maintain internal databases and digital assets
  • Conduct competitor, trend, and market research to inform marketing initiatives
  • Review performance reports and analytics to develop data-driven strategies and recommendations

Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management and brand management
  • Hands-on experience with CapCut, HubSpot, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, platforms, and short-form video styles
  • 1–2 years of experience filming and editing short-form video content
  • Experience with food photography and visual storytelling
  • 1–2 years of web management experience, specifically with Squarespace
  • Experience with ad analytics; Google Analytics experience is a plus
  • Excellent customer service and client communication skills
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and methodologies
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
