Blue Byron Books is redefining American culture and ideas by amplifying innovative, bold, and imaginative voices

We’re a collective of writers, designers, editors, thinkers, and creatives working together to publish bold, thoughtful, and original work. We appreciate those who think independently and aren’t afraid to do things outside of conventions.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re always interested in meeting people who align with our mission and can execute ideas.

You might be a good fit if you are:

  • A writer, editor, designer, illustrator, or critical thinker
  • Curious, open-minded, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable questioning existing systems and frameworks
  • Energized by collaboration (ecosystem rather than hierarchy)
  • Able to take ideas from concept to completion
  • Willingness to make appearances on the Blue Byron Books Podcast to discuss project you’re working on, life, and book-adjacent culture

Talent matters—but so does mindset. We prioritize alignment, thoughtfulness, and follow-through.
