Senator Raphael Warnock Legislative Internship
Each semester, Senator Warnock welcomes highly motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic individuals for internship positions in his Washington, D.C. office. Responsibilities include: interacting with constituents by phone and as they visit D.C., logging constituent opinions, leading tours of the U.S. Capitol, assisting with administrative tasks, attending committee hearings, tracking legislation, conducting legislative research, and drafting memos. Qualified candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and should be team-oriented, highly organized, and resourceful.
The deadline to apply is March 1 at 11:59pm.
Candidates must be college students or graduates, and those with Georgia ties are strongly encouraged to apply. Applications must include a:
- Cover letter (one page PDF)
- Resume (one page PDF)
- Short writing sample (three pages max, PDF, and include a short description of the writing sample)
- List of three references (include their contact information and and relationship to you)
Senator Warnock is currently accepting applications for internships in his Washington, D.C. office for the Summer 2026 semester. Summer Session 1 runs from mid-May - late June. Summer Session 2 runs from early July - mid August. If a student has academic or program requirements, please mention that in your application. If your availability does not align perfectly, we still encourage you to apply.
