Adventure Guide

As an Outdoor Adventure Specialist “Adventure Guide (OPT)”, your role pulls from experiential and adventure education to guide and facilitate campers. Our guides are responsible for taking campers and staff on pre-planned trips that involve hiking, camping, rock-climbing, canoeing, and running the Zip tour, Ropes Course, and Adventure program.

At Camp IHC, we have one of the most progressive outdoor adventure programs in the industry. Every week, we run dozens of off-camp trips for all our different age groups.

We run day trips and overnight camping trips in the Adirondacks and the Endless Mountains. Your responsibility will be to organize and facilitate these trips while providing the campers with memories that will last a lifetime.

The role provides great experience for anyone seeking future employment in the travel industry.
