Reelate is a social-first mobile app for discovering, rating, and reviewing movies and TV shows. We’re building a modern, community-driven alternative to traditional entertainment discovery platforms, with a strong focus on thoughtful UX and mobile-first design.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an undergraduate Product Design Intern with an interest in UI/UX and mobile app design to work closely with our founding team. This is a hands-on role focused on turning feature ideas into clear, user-centered designs and helping refine the overall product experience.

You’ll take high-level product concepts and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and interface designs, while also using user feedback to improve existing features and usability across the app.

What You’ll Do

• Translate feature ideas into UI/UX designs for a consumer mobile app
• Iterate on user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Review user feedback and propose UX improvements
• Help refine and improve existing features and design patterns
• Collaborate directly with the founder on product decisions

What We’re Looking For

• Undergraduate student studying UI/UX, Product Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field
• Interest in mobile app design and consumer products
• Familiarity with tools like Figma (or similar)
• Strong attention to usability, clarity, and visual hierarchy
• Comfortable iterating and receiving feedback
