Feedback & Marketing Coordinator

Clockout is an Evite-backed networking platform designed for Gen Z & Millennials nearly 500,000 downloads and has Hit #19 on the app store charts. Think of us as a cross between Meetup and LinkedIn - we are the first platform where you can make friends or professional connections with the people you want to get in front of.
We’re hiring to support one of the most important parts of our growth strategy: sourcing and coordinating user feedback. This role directly impacts our visibility, credibility, and growth, so we’re looking for someone who’s social, outgoing, and well-connected — think athletes, club leaders, or fraternity/sorority members who know how to engage people.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating the collection of 2–3 pieces of authentic user feedback per day during normal weeks
• Supporting marketing pushes (5–6 per day, up to 8–10 during major campaigns)
• Ensuring all feedback gathered is natural, genuine, and high-quality
• Sharing the Clockout app with peers, clubs, and networks to encourage feedback submissions
• Meeting people in-person (clubs, dorms, fraternities/sororities, or other social groups) and encouraging them to try the app and share their experiences
• Brainstorming creative and authentic ways to consistently generate fresh user insights
• Helping facilitate conversations with current users, including premium members and event hosts, to collect feedback that strengthens our community and product
• Keeping a simple log of feedback collected and progress made
• Providing quick updates to the operations team

• Highly reliable and organized
• Trustworthy, since this involves sensitive processes
• Very social and approachable, making it easier to source feedback
• Proactive in finding new, organic ways to encourage feedback and engagement
