Job Description
We’re looking for self-motivated college students or recent graduates to participate in our part-time, paid internship program. We are looking for a candidate who will work on average 20-25 hours a week starting in March and running through the end of summer. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience to contribute to your personal and professional growth. Here at Blueprint interns are treated like a member of their team, and given the opportunity to learn directly from our employees. You’ll get direct experience and learn skills that will help prepare you for a full time career in operations or human resources.
Working behind the scenes, the operations team supports every department, ensuring they have the staff, resources and tools they need to succeed. This role works directly with our Director of Operations whose role encompasses HR, internal project management, office management and more.
This role will have the opportunity to work on cross departmental projects and learn other facets of digital campaigning from fundraising and advertising to web development and design.
Priority will be given to applications received before February 13th, and interviews will begin the next week.
As a part of our team you would
- Provide day to day administrative and organizational support to the Operations Director
- Assisting with special projects such as; evaluating our current systems, processes and tools, market research, securing and moving into a new office space and more.
- Support the Operations Director throughout the hiring and onboarding process including: organizing application materials and new hire paperwork, taking notes during interviews, coordinating reference checks and drafting offer letters
- Help plan and facilitate social events and culture building activities for the team
- Assist in keeping internal documentation and records accurate and up to date
- Have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments on projects you find interesting

Compensation
- Interns should be available for an average of 20 to a maximum of 25 hours a week. The position pays $17.95/hour.
- This internship has the ability to be fully remote but for applicants based in the DMV area, we have an optional 2 days per week hybrid schedule available. Schedules are flexible according to your availability and can be adjusted as needed.
