Fashion Sketch Artist

About CreateLine:
CreateLine is a Los Angeles–based live event sketching company that brings creativity and connection to special occasions through on-site portraits. Our artists sketch guests in real time at weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private celebrations — either on paper or digitally using iPad/Procreate.

We’re expanding our team and looking for talented illustrators, live painters, and fashion sketch artists who enjoy engaging with people and creating art on the spot.

Responsibilities:

Create quick, stylish sketches of event guests (3–5 minutes per sketch)

Maintain a professional and personable presence during events

Use your own sketching materials or tablet (iPad/Procreate)

Arrive on-site punctually and coordinate with event leads

Requirements:

Experience in portrait, figure, or fashion illustration

Comfortable sketching in front of guests

Reliable transportation to events

Portfolio or sample sketches required

Compensation:
$50+/hour, depending on experience. Competitive pay and per-event rates discussed prior to booking.

Additional Info:

This is a freelance, independent contractor role

Artists are responsible for their own transportation and materials

Events are primarily on-site in Los Angeles
