Seasonal HR Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal HR Coordinator to support our People & Culture team during our busy season. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in Human Resources, Hospitality, or Business to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
Support recruitment efforts (job postings, interview scheduling, follow-ups)
Help maintain employee files and HR records
Assist with employee engagement activities and events
Provide general HR administrative support
Act as a friendly point of contact for employee questions
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Hospitality, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional, friendly, and discreet (confidentiality is key)
Comfortable working in a team and interacting with employees at all levels
Prior HR or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
