SUMMARY:
Tri-Mar Consulting is a Boutique Staffing, Recruiting and HR Consulting firm located in Fairport NY. As a boutique firm, we pride ourselves on quality over quantity. We are currently seeking a superstar entry level Recruiting Specialist to join our team. This would be a great opportunity for a recent grad or and individual looking to transition into a career in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources or Business.

RESPONSIBILITIES: · 

  • Updating and Creating job descriptions
  • Researching and Reviewing Resumes 
  • Scheduling and shadowing candidate interviews
  • Benefits and PTO Administration 
  • Data Entry and Administrative duties.
     

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly 
     


EDUCATION:  Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
