Radio Catskill is Seeking Creative NEWS Interns

Radio Catskill, Public Radio for The Catskills & Northeast Pennsylvania, offers paid in-person, remote, or hybrid internships.

From day one, Radio Catskill interns are given real-world, hands-on responsibilities as part of our local news-gathering team. Duties would include reporting, writing, and producing radio news content for broadcast and digital media.

Radio Catskill's internship program aims to provide interns with a substantive, meaningful work experience so that each intern concludes their time with demonstrable skills in his/her area of interest, plus knowledge of public radio in general.

We are looking for students and recent graduates who are intelligent, creative, and curious. Candidates don’t need to know everything about news or public radio, but it helps to be at least a little familiar. Skills in audio editing and digital media are a plus.
