JET Hospitality is an entrepreneurial hospitality company entering Year 6 of building a lifestyle-driven resort brand across the western United States. As a startup, we operate with small teams, real responsibility, and a strong focus on brand, operations, and guest experience. Our summer internships are designed to give students meaningful, hands-on exposure to how a hospitality company is built and run.

Internship Overview
This paid Summer Internship offers hands-on exposure to resort operations, guest experience, and day-to-day leadership at a JET Hospitality property. Interns work on-site at one of our resorts, supporting daily operations while learning the responsibilities of a JET Innkeeper. This is a highly immersive experience with real guest interaction, operational ownership, and mentorship from experienced Innkeepers and leadership.

Compensation & Housing

  • Hourly pay

What You’ll Do

  • Support guest experience including check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications
  • Assist with daily resort operations (front desk, housekeeping, grounds, maintenance)
  • Help uphold brand standards across cleanliness, service, and communication
  • Assist with social media content and on-property marketing
  • Support Innkeepers with operational projects and reporting
  • Take on increasing responsibility throughout the summer

Ideal Candidate

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university
  • Interest in hospitality, entrepreneurship, business, or operations
  • Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a hands-on role
  • Available to work weekends and holidays during peak season

  • Pacific Dunes Resort – Copalis Beach, WA
  • Cottonwood Camp – Fort Smith, MT
  • Escalante Grand Resort – Escalante, UT
  • JET Motor Inn Powell – Powell, WY
  • JET Motor Inn Buffalo – Buffalo, WY
  • Historic Virginian Hotel – Medicine Bow, WY
  • Sacajawea Inn – Salmon, ID
  • Teton Peaks Resort – Tetonia, ID

Placement is based on availability, timing, and mutual fit.
