Position Overview: We're looking for an Associate Graphic Designer to join our sales and design team. You'll work alongside our head of sales to create customer graphics customized to their brand identity and requirements. This is a customer-facing role—you'll communicate directly with clients via email, video calls, and phone to gather requirements, present concepts, and guide artwork through approval. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and building client relationships in a fast-paced environment, with typical turnaround time of one to two business days. The position can be either in-person at our New Jersey office or fully remote.

Who You Are:

You are someone who knows how to use Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, and is eager to learn deeply about designing graphics for customer products. You enjoy a mix of creative work and customer communication, and thrive in an organized setting. No prior work experience required, although 1-2 years of professional experience or internships are nice to have.

  • Enjoy graphic design and working with Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Can communicate clearly in written form
  • Are comfortable talking with customers via email, video, and phone
  • Love working in a team environment (even a remote one), where multiple pieces work together to create something special
  • Are organized, reliable, and on time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect customer graphics files and design requirements and adapt them to our product templates
  • Design new graphics as needed
  • Work with our head of sales and customers to approve artwork
  • Organize approved files for printing and production

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator and ideally Photoshop
  • Experience using the Google Workspace suite such as Gmail, Documents, Spreadsheets, Meet

Interview Process

  • Select candidates will be invited for video interviews
  • There will be one 1-hour video-based Illustrator interview to evaluate knowledge of the tool

Hours: This role can be part-time or full-time, with a minimum of 25 hours and maximum of 40 hours weekly. We offer flexibility in scheduling for part-time arrangements.

Full-time schedule (all times ET):

  • Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–2:30 PM
  • Lunch: 12:00–12:30 PM | Breaks: 10:00–10:15 AM & 3:00–3:15 PM

Pay

$18 per hour. Pay growth is tied to annual reviews that reward reliability, teamwork, and skill development. We reward team members who take initiative and continually build their skills. Strong performers have opportunities to take on expanded responsibilities and grow into senior design roles.
