Qualifications
0–2 years of relevant experience in content creation or social media
Deep familiarity with social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and the broader internet culture
Strong pulse on trends, formats, memes, and what performs online
Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and CapCut
Ability to juggle multiple creative projects simultaneously
Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and teams
Confident handling complex tasks in fast-moving, diverse environments
Self-starter who can work independently while welcoming feedback and direction
Entrepreneurial mindset with a creative style that motivates and inspires
Energetic, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about content and culture
Previous experience creating social video content for brands
Proven ability to create memes and culturally relevant content
History of producing consistent content and/or work with strong engagement or viral traction
Must be based in Los Angeles and authorized to work in the United States
Benefits
Hourly compensation ranging from $18.50–$20.00, based on experience
Responsibilities
Support the creation of engaging, social-first, platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm platform-specific concepts for a variety of brands, then help execute them through filming and editing
Translate brand strategy into authentic, entertaining content that resonates with target audiences
Lead social video projects from ideation through final delivery
Write, direct, edit, and appear in short-form social content as needed
Blend brand messaging with social best practices in fresh, engaging ways
Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro and CapCut
Develop culturally relevant concepts designed to feel earned, not forced
Craft cohesive visual and narrative stories while maintaining a high standard of quality
Stay on top of internet trends, formats, and conversations, sharing insights and POVs with the team
Contribute content and ideas to the agency’s own social media channels
Track and ideate around trends on emerging platforms
Bring a creative, concept-driven perspective to all projects
Participate in creative strategy sessions by offering ideas and cultural insights
Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the agency
