Marina Operations Leader – Summer Position

Indian Lake Marina is seeking a motivated Marina Operations Leader to assist with the day-to-day operations of a full-service Adirondack marina.

This role offers hands-on experience running a small business, developing leadership skills, and delivering excellent customer service — all while working on the water at one of New York’s most scenic lakes.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily marina operations and staff coordination

Provide outstanding customer service to renters, slip holders, and guests

Support boat rentals, dock operations, fueling, and on-water activity

Help manage scheduling, organization, and daily task flow

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming marina environment
