About the Role

Capital City Roofing is hiring Field Marketing Professionals to represent our brand in targeted neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and help schedule qualified roof inspections for our sales team. This role is ideal for outgoing, motivated students or early-career professionals who enjoy working outdoors, talking with people, and earning based on performance.

No prior roofing experience is required — paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do

Represent Capital City Roofing in assigned neighborhoods

Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations

Identify potential exterior damage or homeowner interest

Help schedule qualified roof inspections for our sales team

Educate homeowners on inspection benefits and next steps

Accurately track interactions and inspection leads

What Is a “Qualified Inspection”?

A qualified inspection is one where:

The home shows visible signs of roof wear or storm damage or

The homeowner agrees to a full inspection by our Executive Sales Rep

Our sales team can conduct a legitimate inspection and present solutions

Experience & Training

Experience in canvassing, marketing, or sales is preferred but not required

No experience needed — training and onboarding provided

Training covers door approach, homeowner conversations, and inspection standards

Candidates must complete training to continue in the role
